GELUGOR, – The Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (KUSKOP) aims to organize at least 10 MADANI KUSKOP Sales programs in Penang, this year.
Its minister, Steven Sim said, so far seven sales programs have been implemented as an effort to help the people deal with the cost of living.
It received a very encouraging response from the local community.
“In Penang, our target is 10. But we will look at the needs and suitability. While throughout Malaysia… the number has not yet been calculated. So far, we have implemented (the MADANI sales program) in Melaka, Johor, Kuala Lumpur and several other states.
“This initiative aims to help the people and local residents, especially in reducing the cost of living and the cost of daily necessities,” he said.
