Programme Objective
- The Selangor Civil Entrepreneurship Fund (DUMS) program is a special program organized by the Selangor State Entrepreneurship Standing Committee to help micro, small and medium industry entrepreneurs in the State of Selangor increase sales and thus produce entrepreneurs who are resilient, competitive and viable through donations in the form of goods/equipment.
