KUALA LUMPUR: UDA Holdings Bhd, an agency under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (KUSKOP), continues to strengthen property ownership opportunities, especially in Johor, with the launch of its latest housing development, Mutiara Residence.
Chief executive officer Datuk Sri Ahmad Fuaad Kenali said the Mutiara Residence project reflects UDA’s continuous efforts in developing homes that meet current needs while enabling more Malaysians to own a home at competitive prices.
He said Mutiara Residence also incorporates sustainability features aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
