SHAH ALAM: The government today disbursed RM2.4 million in grants and financing to strengthen Indian community cooperatives in Selangor, while urging them to embrace digitalisation, e-invoicing, and artificial intelligence (AI) to remain competitive.

Deputy Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Seri Ramanan Ramakrishnan said the assistance was part of the ministry’s ongoing empowerment efforts under the Cooperative and Entrepreneurship Empowerment Programme 2025.
